Stunning, wet-look couture-style PVC dress - with strapless bodice and skirt - emblazoned with the official colours of the country.
This daring and special statement-piece is the only one of its kind; worn by a proud volunteer during the Parade of Nations segment of the Paralympic Opening Ceremony celebrations.
The Parade of Nations is a time-honoured tradition, seeing each competing country of the London 2012 Paralympics proudly flaunt their flag standard - as well as their athletes - to the world.
This genuine artefact of Paralympic memorabilia is perfect for any sports fan and / or collector looking to take home their own slice of the games and comes complete with a limited-edition Games keepsake.
Please note that the pictures as shown depict the Placard-Bearer costume for Sweden and South Africa. The Placard-Bearer costume that you are bidding on will reflect the colours representative of the country listed in the title.
NOTE: Costumes are uniquely designed for each performer. Unfortunately, we cannot post and/or guarantee specific sizes.
Please note that all auctions feature overtime bidding, which means that bidding will continue until the designated end time or until 2 minutes after the last bid, whichever comes later.
Example: If the auction is set to end at 4:00pm and a bid is placed a 3:59pm, the auction is extended for 2 more minutes and will be set to close at 4:01pm. If another bid is placed between 3:59 pm and 4:01pm, the auction will be extended for another 2 minutes after the last bid. This process will continue until there are no bids placed within any of the extended periods of time, the expiration of which shall result in the auction officially closing.

If payment is not successfully charged to the winning bidder's registered card within 24 hours of completion of the auction, the winning bidder will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided upon registration. If payment is not successfully made within 48 hours of completion of the auction, ISL reserves the right to cancel the winning bid and declare the second highest bidder as the auction winner.
